So often we see health as a one size fits all approach. If you eat healthy and exercise, you will be healthy. But as we have progressed in society we are realizing that health means SO much more than the food you eat and the movement you do. While these things are important, your ability to set boundaries, work within your limits, and prioritize your mental health can make a world of difference in your health.
Today, guest star Natalie Vitashkevich, a mom to 2 humans and 1 dog, an owner of two small businesses, a holistic health coach and an autoimmune disease warrior, shares her story in how she made it through a teaching career and daycare career resulting in complete burnout and a autoimmune diagnosis.
