Candy is one of those lucky Hooman's who got to grow up with Pugs, and now has her own to love. Penelope came to Candy after her previous Pug Miss Molly passed away unexpectedly and Candy's mom suggested that she visit a breeder and enjoy some quality Pug-love time even if she didn't want a Pug at the moment.

I think you all know what ended up happening but how it happened is best shared by Candy as it's a beautiful story and proves once again that the universe works in mysterious but wonderful ways.
