He talks about the opportunities that dealerships have by selling high quality, high ticket detailing services, and how prioritizing satisfied customers led his company to become the preferred detailer for Ferrari and Porsche of Naples.
This interview gave me a lot of insight into how important it is to focus on your clientele. I thought it was really interesting how building connections with the local dealerships allowed him to transition from working in his business, to working on his business.
