In this episode, I discuss a study that explores whether goal orientation can be developed in a specially designed training programme. In this episode I summarise the key findings which includes the important role that facilitator support plays in facilitating goal orientation change and translate how you can utilise the findings from this study into practice. The study I am discussing in this episode is Wang, Y., Wu, C. H., Parker, S. K., & Griffin, M. A. (2018). Developing goal orientations conducive to learning and performance: An intervention study.
