First off, we absolutely love the NBA Draft! It always has us excited and chocked up because there is nothing like seeing these young athletes achieve their dreams. On this episode we are talking abut the importance of a mid-year check in, and the importance of taking care of yourself and the people around you. Be proactive and not reactionary when it comes to your health. Sometimes you just get caught up in life whether it be your job, family, stress, etc. Make sure you are always giving yourself some time for self-care and reflection.
