Dr. Heather helps companies, create evidence-based health and wellness programmes that bring about long-term changes for their customers and employees. She also supports individuals to take back control of their health and build healthy habits that last with her research backed Bite Sized Habits course.

In this episode we will talk about the behaviour change aspects of how to become more intentional about wellbeing and how to build it as a habit. Dr Heather explains why so many of us struggle to make our habits stick, how long it takes to form a habit and how to stop ourselves going off the track after we’ve set a new habit.
