In this episode, Justin explains how he became a polar explorer and how a life-changing car crash caused this dramatic change in his life. He's also just a top bloke. He loves his dogs (he owns 3 currently, a 4th on the way) and he has been known to shout and swear at rude strangers too!
He also gives us some brilliant coping mechanisms to deal with isolation (like he's experienced on numerous expeditions) and talks about the pillars of resilience, which is something he teaches to his corporate clients.
Justin also dedicates an enormous amount of his time and resources to education, which he feels incredibly passionate about too.
