Ep 62: Vinnie Fiorello
Manage episode 270187164 series 2408363
This week sees Liam staring down the camera of his laptop at former Less Than Jake drummer and lyricist, Vinnie Fiorello.
Vinnie speaks about his new comic book and music hybrid projects called The Inevitables featuring members from Westbound Train, Big D and the Kids Table, Reel Big Fish, The Interrupters, Jeff Rosenstock's Band and Nightmare for a Week. So expect to hear lots on that. Find out more about The Inevitables by clicking this link
Vinnie talks about moving from New Jersey to Florida in his late teens and explains that it was either moving down the East Coast or jail time!
Liam asks Vinnie about his work outside of Less Than Jake with Paper and Plastic and his stint with Fueled by Ramen. They, of course, also talk about his time with Less Than Jake and how being physically and mentally broken lead him to stepping down from the band that Vinnie created 28 years ago.
