Come listen in to the beautiful conclusion of Father Maximilian Kolbe’s life! Many know him for his heroic martyrdom, but his life was just as extraordinary! From starting a monastery in Japan, to taking in Jewish refugees during the war and starting a newspaper! His story is defined by not just a death of sacraficial love, but a life filled with it!

Parental Guidance Note: Saint Maximilian died a martyr and was killed by lethal injection at the Aushuwitz concentration camp. Although the vast majority of our episode takes place before he was captured, we wanted to stay true to the story of his martyrdom and tried to emphasize his bravery and peace amidst the evil within Auschwitz.
