On this episode of ROCK DOWN SOUTH, we chat with John Jeffers from the rock band Whiskey Myers. And Whiskey Myers is probably one of my favorite bands out there right now, so this was a super fun show to record with John. And we talk about a lot of stuff on this episode. From the upcoming album “Tornillo” to the new singles “John Wayne” and “Antioch.” We also talk about songwriting and get into the backstory of a new song from the upcoming album called “Heavy on Me” that John wrote. And of course, we talk about that one time the band was featured on the hit show “Yellowstone.”
