1) Our self-worth begins with the knowledge that God isn't distant. This would have been a revolutionary idea at the time. No, this God cares for and loves and interrupts the lives of human beings. 2) Our lives began with God knitting us together. This is the image of a woman intricately weaving or knitting something together. It's creating something for one's own pleasure. God creating humanity to have another someone to love and bring joy to. 3) Our bodies are miracles. Our bodies, just as they are, are fearfully and wonderfully made. They're like divine technology. Tying these three concepts together, we can sum it up as this: everyone on the planet is known, accepted, and loved by God.
