Katie opened up about her self-growth journey and meeting her husband at the age of 39. At the age of 44 now, Katie and her husband have built a beautiful family with 3 children. It was so refreshing to hear her story. Katie spoke about the self-love and inner joy she cultivated along the way, and how important mindset is when dating.
Katie talked about her pregnancies and motherhood in her early 40s. Her realness and positivity radiated through our chat. It was wonderful learning more about the work she does to coach women 35+ and how she helps them develop productive approaches to dating.
