For S3E9, I'm trying a new format. I've been around the country interviewing Chief Constables and others for their perspectives on police leadership and promotion. In this interview, I turn the questions on myself! I invite my good friend Adrian to ask me questions of interest to police officers and promotion candidates alike, as a new perspective for your CPD. In this episode, we only got through one question: "Why is promotion unfair?" We did have others lined up, but will save them for another time seeing as this one itself took 45 mins to explore!
