The $3.9 trillion dollar superannuation industry is meant to ensure protection for retirement and for families in the case of a death or a disability, however it is an industry with very little accountability and oversight.
Recent reporting has uncovered several cases of people waiting over a year for claims to be paid out, and there is little they can do about it.
