Pablo Calabuig, the CEO of GoAigua North America, joins us on this episode to discuss GoAigua’s work to aid utilities in their digital transformation.
GoAigua was born out of Global Omnium, an innovative water utility in Europe. GoAigua is the digital innovation arm of Global Omnium - it was launched as their smart water platform. They are providing software and analytics solutions for water utilities and aiding these utilities in a digital transformation, with the goal of allowing them to operate more efficiently. In this episode, Pablo discusses this innovative technology, how GoAigua is mapping the spread of COVID-19 through wastewater, and important issues the water industry is facing such as its lack of investment and the large generational gap that exists.
