The truth about pornography is that it is capable of damaging your brain, decreasing your mental health, and creating physical side effects🫢
It's a scary thought, but unfortunately, your porn habit may be holding you back. The extra high levels of arousal and dopamine you get from explicit matter are not normal and should never be that easy to access!
Consistently hitting that easy button for more pleasure creates a need for it at all times. Unfortunately, nothing else in your life can give you that hit. This means that sex becomes less pleasurable, hobbies become less interesting, and life becomes less satisfying.
