She pursued a Master's degree in Project Management when she decided to change the trajectory of her career after successfully managing several projects for her organization. After completing her Master's degree, Nawanda went into consulting in 2018. Her main niche is assisting academic healthcare organizations in managing Clinical Systems projects focusing on expansion or optimization.
