In this episode, I will discuss my performance at the Reality and Truth 5k which took place on Oct. 6th. In a smaller race that I signed up for to help me better prepare for my big race next month, I ended up setting a personal record all while meeting some wonderful people along the way. I'm also thinking about signing up for their tennis tournament next summer! 😉 (My apologies for the background noise and my voice fading out).
