WATCH This EPISODE👉 https://youtu.be/xM9fOr_vfw8 People often ask me what my life is like, living alone in the French countryside of rural France. I live here with my best friend, - my dog Amelie. I moved here nearly three years ago, and this chapter of my life has taught me so much. It has been filled with love, joy, suffering and wonder. Much like the seasons – there is an ebb and flow to everything. Its autumn now and the leaves fall from the trees and winter is coming. I remember once lying on the fallen leaves in the forest wondering in amazement how I found myself here in this very moment so far from the home of my birth on the other side of the world. I’ve learnt that forcing things or expecting things never works and if we can learn to flow with life flow with the seasons, it makes life so much easier. Life sweeps us up and sometimes pulls us down and nothing really has meaning, everything is neutral and it’s the meaning that we give to it can alter the direction of our life. Our thoughts, words and beliefs shape the structure of our reality and how we experience life. What am I learning from this? How can I grow from this? Who am I? Where am I going? And where do I want to be? There is no such thing as chance I truly believe that everything happens for a reason, there are no coincidences – and everything happens in Divine timing. Sometimes I wake up in the night, and I go downstairs and look at the stars and wonder what is out there, what treasures lie above. I love this time, the silence, the stillness. Life is always constantly changing… always whether we perceive it or not and we are constantly changing timelines all day, every day. Like rustle of the morning stars… I have learnt more to follow my intuition and that means aligning my heart and mind. I always head back home eventually but where is home and is a place, building, somewhere where we lay our head or is it inside us and perhaps that is what I have always been searching for, longing for and the funny thing is that is was always within me and I didn’t have to go looking for it, or cross the world to find it – it was always within me – all along.
