Party Politics is Destroying America I have come to believe that the main issue with the two party system is not just the specific two parties but the party system itself and the quest for party purity. The structure is the problem. It comes across like a person that tells us that they believe in diversity but will only support Blue people. Ultimately that is not much different than what led the current parties to their current condition. That means an, as good or better candidate can come along but will be overlooked because they are rainbow colored. That seems like more division to me. How can we add while at the same time dividing?
