Episode #160 // With the US publication of my book, No Bullsh!t Leadership on the horizon, we decided to dedicate this episode to tell the story of how the book journey unfolded, from start to finish.

We covered so many personal and professional topics, and my beautiful wife Kathy even made an impromptu appearance to share her experience of me over the past 3 years as I've built this business with Em.
