I love Ecommerce! It's my bread and butter. My experience and passion for helping other Ecom store owners (both Ecommerce beginners and experts) have helped me generate over $12 million in sales selling products online over the past few years which I think is pretty awesome.

So in this episode, I'm going to tell you what is ecommerce and how it works. If you are new to the industry and have no idea what it is, my goal is to help you here.

What is Ecommerce? Ecommerce is the buying of goods or services via the Internet. Usually, people use it to talk about selling physical products online. However, it’s any sort of commerce or business that happens in the Internet.

Today, Ecommerce business is a massive field and there are hundreds of thousands of stores selling products online to millions and millions of different people around the world. It’s an absolutely booming industry and Ecommerce in 2021 is still growing bigger and bigger!

How can you get into Ecommerce? You can be a consumer and you can also be a seller. You can buy products from Ecommerce stores; a lot of people do this all the time.

You can also set up your own Ecommerce store. You just need to have a website and a product, and that’s it.

How does Ecommerce work? If your customers want to buy a product online, they will go to your website or search the product in Google. If you've optimize your Google ad, then it will surely appear in their search where they will click it, choose the product that they want, add to your cart, and then checkout through your virtual checkout. Then they pay the order with their credit card or through other online payments systems that your store offers.

You will then have these orders shipped to the customers shipping address and should take from 1 day to a couple of weeks to arrive on their doorstep. Now that's Ecommerce!
