Happy Labor Day weekend, friends! We are so glad to have you back with us this beautiful Monday because today is a suuuuper special episode! WE. ARE. SO. Sissy is the Director of Child and Adolescent Counseling at Daystar Counseling Ministries here in Nashville and the author of eleven books. We are thrilled she is back with us today and talking about her BRAND NEW book that is coming out September 17! Mamas, run-don’t-walk and pre-order Raising Worry-free Girls by Sissy Goff TO.DAY. We got to read it before today’s episode and we are telling you firsthand it is a book you want to have in your library. Childhood anxiety rates are growing rapidly for many reasons and Sissy’s book effectively discusses why and what to do. We loved it and loved getting to talk with Sissy about it today! Sissy has also written a companion book to Raising Worry-free Girls, entitled Braver Stronger Smarter, which will be coming out in December.
