I got to share my childhood friendship journey and I got to share why I stopped being approachable for friendship.
It mostly was all in my head. I judged myself and that is why I became a bully to hide n defend myself from everyone.
Friendship is not easy especially if you have not dealt with self-judgement. It can crush your esteem. I figured I will make this episode about self-judgement first.
