Grab my book Daily Inspirations for Midlife Women: A Guide to Peace, Joy, Confidence, and Abundance here.

As a 50-something year-old woman, my two greatest health concerns are heart disease and osteoperosis. I want to look good but, more importantly I want to feel good and stay healthy!

I reached out to Shannon Peterson, founder of Live Your Truth Women fitness coaching, an ACE certified personal trainer, USAT certified triathlon coach, RRCA certified running coach and 3X World Championship Ironman Triathlete. Shannon Peterson has been training & coaching clients for over 30 years to reach their health & fitness goals. She focuses on women 40+ and the unique hormonal, physiological, and physiological challenges we face. She teaches her clients how they can optimize their fitness, food, and mindset to feel their best at any age.

Shannon is the perfect mixture of caring and tough and most importantly realistic when it comes to starting a new fitness routine.

  • Why you should be lifting heave weights.
  • The few things you need to have to work out at home.
  • How a tragic accident helped Shannon find the courage to leave her marriage.
  • The two kinds of workouts that will help you reduce your risk of heart disease by 70%.
  • What the "grey zone" of working out is and why it's stopping you from seeing improved results.

You can check out Shannon's program and other ways you can work with her here.
