In my opinion, we don’t talk about leadership enough. It is one of the most important elements of being a business owner-especially if you plan on working with others. I wanted to speak to a Leadership Expert because of just how important the topic of leadership is, but also because there’s a lot of misinformation around effective leadership.
Kris clears it all up. I really enjoyed having this conversation with her and I am sure anyone who listens will be able to see leadership through a new lens. The major take away for me and what I will apply is the element of trust. Followers trust leaders to be in the position they are in and as a result, they know they will benefit as well. That takes trust and lots of it.
