Hello, hi! Welcome to Season 4! We're kicking off this year's podcast season with a recording of the 2024 Winter Whimsy Workshop recorded on January 28th, 2024. This workshop was the finale to the 21 Days of Winter Whimsy prompts which can all be found on IG. The four pillars of Winter Whimsy include:
- Look for Wonderland
- Comfort Food and Drink
- A Winter Soundtrack
- Your Seasonal Sensory Map
In this episode you'll be coached through 5 distinct mindfulness prompts to help you access the things about winter that bring you joy, peace, calm and rest. By the end of the episode you'll be able to balance your resistance of the winter season with a sense of peace and even gratitude for the Winter!
