last episode we talked about meditation & how vital it can be. So this episode Antonio starts off by giving thanks to Sana & Martaviuus for helping him with meditation & how much of an impact it has had in his life. Then, we start off by talking about receiving fake support or the lack of support & how it can affect you if you let it. Tae breaks Down the difference between fans & real supporters. In his opinion, Real supporters grow with you & they gone be with you through thick & thin but fans only wanna stick with you when you winning. Favoritism can go hand in hand with lack of support. Unfortunately just because you’re well equipped for the job or better suited for a certain position than your counterpart’s doesn’t mean that you will always get it. Someone might have a better relationship with the higher power in your field & it can hold you back. Sana made a good point by saying you should go to were your the favorite. Wether you have a few supporters or a lot don’t let that hinder or affect you, always set that high standard for yourself wether you have a ton of support or not.
We also discussed the balance between grinding & putting in that work getting better at your craft, & having that free time for yourself goin out having fun. It’s ok to take some time off from the grind to ease your mind so you don’t lose yourself. After taking that time away you’ll come back with a different energy & better mentality. It’s ok to feel your emotions it’s ok to cry. It doesn’t mean your weak.
