Review of Tom Brady on The Art of Leading Teammates: Part 1
Manage episode 435664172 series 3574193
Love or hate him, there is no denying that Tom Brady is one of the greatest quarterbacks ever. He holds several records as a quarterback but what about his ability to lead a team? So often we obsess about who is the “greatest of all time,” who is most responsible for a win, or what players or coaches a team might add next season to become even better. What can get lost in this way of thinking is that leaders don’t accomplish anything by themselves. In fact, nothing of significance in life is achieved alone.
In an article published in Harvard Business Review, Tom talks in-depth about the importance of being a team player.
Rich and Maikel pass this topic around in this multi-part series on Tom Brady and the Art of Leading Teammates in this Mainline Executive Coaching ACT episode.
