As one of the busier teams in the NHL's free agency window as of July 1, the L.A. Kings brought in a number of new faces, mainly into their bottom-six forward group and in the blue paint with the addition of former Washington Capitals goaltender Darcy Kuemper who now forms a somewhat questionable duo along with David Rittich. The Kings still have some very intriguing fantasy hockey options at the top of their lineup, most notably being Adrian Kempe, Kevin Fiala, and prime breakout candidate Quinton Byfield who is coming off a 55-point season for the Kings. Drew Doughty and Anze Kopitar round out some of the top fantasy veteran options in L.A. and along with Trevor Moore, should offer up enough offense for the defensively-stingy Kings to make some noise in the postseason once again.
