Kris has been responsible for many of the innovations and production improvements that's helped New South stand out among other promotions in the South. McInnis talks about the countless hours it takes to prepare for the shows and have everything in place that the fans have come to expect and enjoy. He also discusses working with the talent backstage to help them develop and get the most out of their persona.
