Akshay Nanavati is a United States Marine veteran, speaker, entrepreneur, ultra runner, and author. He served in Iraq during Operation Iraqi Freedom and was later diagnosed with post-traumatic stress disorder. Akshay's philosophy in life is to fight fear and his book, Fearvana explores the revolutionary science of how to turn fear into health, wealth, and happiness.
He's one of our favorite people and we were so honored to have him on the show this week. In this conversation, Akshay discusses society's demonization of fear, how we can use fear to help us destroy old narratives, and much more.
