We follow the lives of three nurses in the Philippines starting in 1941, during World War II. Our three characters, a US Navy nurse, Eleanor Lindstrom, a US Army nurse, Penny Franklin, and a Filipina nurse Lita Capel form an unbreakable friendship at the Army Navy Club in Manila.
