Certainly there are problems in management and manufacturing which add innumerable challenges. It goes without saying, work by itself can be stressful and anxiety inducing, Coworker relationships, productivity demands, results tracking and the cost of living all contribute to the emotional demand and mental health of every team member. However, the circumstances are most often exacerbated by the internal rumination and silent grumbling inside the head of the person themself. Self talk, stories repeated, manipulated and repeated again with no check points for reality often create an unhealthy mental condition.
