In this episode, Steven Paul is delighted to have James Harrison, a senior executive at Business Value Engineering based in UK. He is a former Army officer, with global experience of building, and leading, dispersed, multicultural, multi-skilled teams. James has worked globally, in leadership roles within B2B and B2C environments. Having graduated from the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst as an Officer in the Royal Logistic Corps, James undertook leadership roles in the UK, Germany, and on operations in Iraq. Since leaving the British Army his path has led him to undertake leadership roles across Logistics, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Construction, Transport, Financial Services, Media & Telecommunications, Utilities and Defence.
Now leading IFS Software’s Business Value Engineering capability across South & West Europe and Latin America, James works with senior executives to determine, and realise, the value from IT investments. James holds various other roles too.
