Stephanie is the Executive Director of ALL In Education, a nonprofit organization that aims to ensure that the communities most impacted by education inequities are the ones making decisions for ALL students. Stephanie is a first-generation American originally from Yuma, Arizona. She is passionate about ensuring every student in Arizona receives an excellent education and is adequately prepared to succeed in college, career, and life.

Stephanie Parra is one of the first in her family to attend college. She experienced first-hand the importance of education and the wonders it can do to improve a child’s life and future. Stephanie currently serves as a governing board member of the Phoenix Union High School District, representing Ward 3. She is one of the 2015 Arizona Business Magazine Most Influential Women in Arizona and 2024 Arizona Hispanic Chamber of Commerce Woman of the Year. Stephanie has bachelor’s degrees in psychology and justice studies; and a master’s degree in higher education from Arizona State University.
