Educating yourself and looking for a mentor to help you understand the process is vital for your success in this part of the industry. Watching a video or two will give you an overview but it won't prepare you for everything that comes with being a real estate investor. Gia also highlighted her advice to her younger self, and it’s the following: number one is to remember that she does not need anyone's permission to live her life. The second is everyone "faking it" and doesn’t really know everything that they are doing. These definitely are one of the two things that we should remind ourselves each time we want to do something in our lives.
