讓我們一起來關心台灣的教育議題，透過多元觀點的陳述、訪談與討論，協助大家瞭解台灣的教育革新發展。傳遞教育理念、新知與觀念給聽眾，透過長期的收聽達到潛移默化來改變台灣的學生、家庭、教師、經營者等，學習新的教育思維，在促進台灣各式教育變革的過程中，還能保有同理、互動、省思的良性循環發展。
台灣教改需要「全面改革」、「全民參與」，發展「公共論述」與「公民社會」，積極培養「公民意識」，我們知道這是非常不容易的成長歷程，任何的變革行動，都需要經歷多次的刺激與激盪，來促使人們跳脫過去「習慣領域」的桎梏，來接受新的創新觀念，就如同換個腦袋一般，破除社會上崇尚學歷至上，與科舉制度的主流制約與價值觀，積極改變人心。
教改需要「溝通」「溝通」再「溝通」，更要重視「教育本質」與「教育哲學思維」，發展出「以人為本」、「以學生為中心」培育全人的學習發展的學習途徑。
不論是政府、教師、家長、學生都需要因應時代變遷與全球危機的情勢，激勵熱忱與奉獻，好好悅納自己，反思回饋、學習改變，建立一個良好具有回饋機制的教育系統，培育具有跨域知能、合作、創新解決問題、應變能力的下一代。
