Into the Fryer- Ramblings From the Kitchen

I can't begin to tell you how excited I am and how on fire I am with life!!! I have been formulating and marinating an idea for a documentary for a little while and it is coming to fruition. American Food will examine the lives of immigrant workers in the restaurant & food industries. My plan is to bring to light the people behind the scenes and behind the food that we eat on a daily basis in our favorite establishments. I want to dispel the myths that immigrant workers are taking jobs from people and actually how vital immigration is to our economy.
