Phil Johnson is the CEO of the Master of Business Leadership Program. His background includes a 20-year career in the semiconductor industry. By the time left Silicon Valley, he was a corporate executive. He left corporate America to fulfill a promise he made to himself in 1968 when his mother died. Phil broke away from the herd to find a way to lead it in a better direction. Since then he’s been coaching executives.
