Laird leads a two-year facilitation training program where students meet eight times for intensive 3-day weekends. In addition to classroom time where he teaches the elements of skilled facilitation, half the time is spent preparing for, delivering, and debriefing live facilitation, where the students run the meetings and the trainers are a safety net.
