Michael's Guide to IMPROV-Yourself: Exercises:
- Writing exercises - Set a timer and let your thoughts run wild on the page, afterwards see what sticks! You can give yourself a one word suggestion, listen to a monologue, or go off the top of your head.
- Three things - find a random category generator and list three things from it or even five things for a real challenge.
- Characters in the car - While driving, experiment with voices, observe another driver and act like you think they would act.

- Pick an objective for your next class (Focus on space work, characters, range, who what where etc) then reflect in the car on the way home!
- Challenge yourself to jump up sooner and sit in a different seat/next to a new person
- If you often initiate, let your partner or vice versa
