What Is The Difference Between Anger and Anxiety ?

Anger, this is the word which is made from 5 letters. And our body also made from 5 Punch Mahabhuta. That is soil, water, sky, light, chaityna. Sometimes I think that one- one letter is related to the anger letter. So many times anger creates chaityna in the atmosphere. It increases speed of work. It work as a good motivator.
But we have to see here difference between these two
First we will see what is Anxiety?
Anxiety comes suddenly. It comes from past karma or with any mental disorder. Anxiety itself is a mental disorder. It comes suddenly without thinking. It can create many diseases and diseases creates anxiety.
Anger creates purposely sometimes we can say anger is revenge.
Anxiety is due to insecurity of money, love, relationship, job, worries for the future, comparison, Jealsoy, etc.
Anger is due to an ego or showing power to the front person. Sometimes dominate to the front person.
Anger creates due to in balance of diet, work, discipline etc. Many times it creates positive impressions in our life. if intention behind it is good.
Anxiety comes due to imbalance of hormones, emotional pain, lack of faith, love, etc.
Anger can be easily get control with thoughts.
To control anxiety we have to work with special effects or efforts. Without satisfaction there is no solution for anxiety.
Anxiety feels natural and it comes from inside.
Anger creates purposely who didn't have knowledge that what are the effects of it.
Anxiety creates a lot of fear in the surrounding and family.
SOLUTION TO REMOVE ANGER AND ANXIETY
1] Remove unnecessary ego
2] Say yourself every time ''I am a peaceful soul''
3] Every time give positive affirmations to yourself. or say OMSHANTI
4] Sit calm or in silence for 5 to 10 minute everyday.
5] Think that anger is very dangerous for life. So confirm yourself that I will be never get angry to anyone.
FOR THEANXIETY
1] First know that I am an anxious person. If you will know it . you can work on it better without taking any treatment .
If it will not control with your work then go to the psychiatrics
2] Keep your diet simple. less irrigated that is less hot, avoid to eat garam masala, red chilly powder ,drinking more times tea, coffee etc
3] Do meditation everyday.
4] Work on spiritual healing.
5] Keep the habit to sing a song or listening silent song.
6] Try to be happy every time.
7] Leave worries and thinking about feature. Create the power to tolerate any negative thing. as like failure, unhappiness, sadness etc.
