This is our Father's Day/Juneteenth podcast. We were joined by P-Love, the God Dark Child Gerald McGee, hailing from Moss Point, Mississippi, is a seasoned professional in the entertainment industry. His journey began in the early 2000s when he joined the independent record label, Make A Dollar Record, opening doors to the world of entertainment. Through his connections with influential figures like Ms. JB, the owner of Ozone Magazine, Gerald quickly established himself as a street representative and writer for the publication. Continuing to explore the entertainment realm, Gerald has now ventured into the world of movies, participating as a background actor in national and international films. In just seven months, he has already graced the screen an impressive 35 times, a testament to his determination.
O.C.B. and Mimi-Jienne were joined by Recon John and Tero 'Muggsy Moe' Blackman Strong Harris. We discussed Father Figures in today's society. We discussed the different types of fathers and the importance of being a good role model and being present in our kid's lives. As we celebtate Juneteenth we discussed the importance of being aware of our freedoms and some of the things in this world that still mentally enslave us as men and people of color.
