In this episode of the Human Design Hive Podcast, Hali and I reflecting on the year through the lens of the undefined centers in the Human Design chart.

If you felt pressure to prove yourself, adapt to others, or take on more than you can handle, chances are you’re feeling the influence of your open centers—and you’re not alone.

As we look back on this past year, Hali and I share our own experiences navigating the challenges and pressures that come with open centers. From the endless questions swirling in the Head and Ajna centers to the urge to speak up in the Throat, and the ever-present need to prove yourself in the Will center—we’ve been there.

We talk about what it’s really like to ride the emotional waves in the Solar Plexus, manage inconsistent energy in the Sacral, trust those quiet nudges from the Spleen, and find our footing under the stress of the Root center.

Along the way, we share personal stories and practical tips for recognizing when you’re operating from those old patterns—and how to step back into alignment.

If you’ve been reflecting on your year, this episode is an invitation to get curious about your own open centers, how they’ve been showing up, and how you want to move forward.

And if you’re ready to dive even deeper into your design, my Human Design Guidebook is a perfect next step. It’s a personalized roadmap to understanding your unique energy and gaining clarity about how to align your life with who you truly are.

Let’s dive in.
