Nicole “Dr. Nic” Rankine, PhD is a certified speaker, teacher, and coach with the John Maxwell Team and an International Youth and Millennial Coach and Advocate. She provides personal development and leadership programs through workshops/seminars, keynote speaking, and coaching for Youth and Millennials. She also provides leadership assessments for youth leaders and school officials. Through the study and practical application of John Maxwell’s proven leadership methods, Dr. Nic uses her experience and passion to equip, inspire and empower young people to maximize their effectiveness in today’s challenging world.She is an Independent Certified Coach, Teacher, Trainer and Speaker with The John Maxwell Team With over 20 years of professional experience in helping people, Dr. Nic has worked in academia and government agencies as a Health Scientist, she has traveled nationally and internationally to devote over 15 years of her time to youth development and youth ministries and she also serves as an Adjunct Professor for several colleges and universities. She hold a Bachelors and Masters of Science Degree in Biology, from the University of Georgia and Georgia State, respectively, and has a Masters and Ph.D. in Public Health from Walden University. Dr. Nic is a devoted leader and with a passion for personal growth, leadership development and health education. When she does not have on her professional hat on, Dr. Nic actively serves her community though local, national and international missions.
