I'm a big believer that the more deeply we feel disconnected right now equates to the depth of connection we are going to experience in the future. For a lot of us early 20 year olds, loneliness is a common theme in our lives, yet it's one that keeps us isolated and craving connection. Exploring the facets of loneliness within ourselves is a beautiful way to understand who we are at a soul level so that we can then become grounded in our solitude.
