I told him to tell me the exact jurisdiction and explain the government paperwork beyond “nomad/sovereign citizen” scams. He said his brother has not given those details.. but he said I need to believe him because his brother said so and he is speaking on behalf of his brother. I told him this is an example of Black financial scams, potential tax evasion if we do not have evidence, AND why Blacks need to have factual discussions and read more books"!
