In today’s episode, we shift our focus to the Olympic triathlon, a widely pursued triathlon distance. The Olympic triathlon consists of a 1.5-kilometer swim, a 40-kilometer bike ride, and a 10-kilometer run. And it takes specific training and racing preparation to get it right.
