When the seemingly ordinary becomes extraordinary, you're in your purpose
Manage episode 359628087 series 3292132
Most of us aren't going to have a purpose that makes headlines or tons of money, but every one of us has a purpose that is significant. Many of us make the mistake of thinking that we have to find a cure for cancer or invent something that makes a zillion dollars before we can really feel like we're fulfilling our purpose. That's just not the case.
For most of us, our purpose is at the intersection of seemingly ordinary things that are easy for us to do for people who need what we're able to do. When we do those things that are easy for someone who desperately needs help, the ordinary becomes extraordinary. Think about times that you've comforted someone who is going through a hard time. It might seem inconsequential to you, but for the person who is hurting, it means the world.
In this episode we talk about how the ordinary becomes extraordinary.
